Things I didn’t miss about living in Europe

Somewhat of a companion post to the things I missed about Europe here’s a few things I didn’t miss:

  1. Water with bubbles/gas. Ugh, can’t stand it. Even the water without still doesn’t taste quite right.
Sparkling waters, from left, Splitrock, Antipodes, Guadianello , Mount Franklin, Capi, Voss, Badoit, Perrier, San Pellegrino, San Benedetto.

  1. How early it gets dark….1545, really? Nuff said.
  2. Barely there pillows but blankets that would keep you hot & sweaty in the arctic circle. Except for your toes because those are left uncovered.
  3. Conversion rates & fees.
  4. Hmm….having a hard time coming up with even 5 things I forgot about that I didn’t like. Probably because #Europe is awesome!

Pretty short list of things not to like. I really do love Europe and next up is Latvia and Estonia for #NYE2016 on my 10th and 4th trips to those countries (respectively).

Cheers!
